So if you haven’t noticed yet….you will…. the 80’s are back, but in a major way. It’s no surprise that some of these are my favorites, since I’m actually an 80’s baby myself. So many style influences are coming right back into 2021, especially in home furnishings. One example being sofas. The 1980’s introduced a lot style including, pinks, beiges, bright colors, and rounded sofas. Geometric shapes also played a major role in the design of furnishings during the 1980’s. Now we are seeing similar shapes with bolder colors along with geometric prints. I’ve even noticed floral prints on sofas as well.
