GET BEACH BODY READY WITH OUR SUMMER SALAD

Can't you hear it...the beach is calling your name!!! But you still are trying to lose those last few pounds from quarantine. Working out is always hard. One of the best ways to shed pounds is to change your eating habits. While you certainly can get creative with your swim wear, we’ve come up with a tasty salad that will help you get back on track. Enjoy our light Summer Salad and Summer Infused Water recipes.
SUMMER SALAD
Grab a salad bowl
2 Romaine hearts
1 Cucumber sliced
1/2 Cup of sliced cherry tomatoes
1/4 Cup of shredded Parmesan cheese
1/2 Cup of Mozzarella pearls
1/2 Cup of sliced strawberries
Add Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 Cup of Kraft Parmesan Pesto Olive Oil Vinaigrette
SUMMER INFUSED WATER
Grab a glass pitcher
Slice one grapefruit into 8 pieces
Place grapefruit in a tall glass
Add 3-4 fresh basil leaves
Add 5-6 cubes of ice Fill the water
Squeeze the juice from half a lemon into the drink
Enjoy this refreshing drink filled with antioxidants your body needs!
